Absolutely not. I'm sure the culpret(s) is/are fine upstanding citizens of the community who were merely blamed for events proceeding nigel provocation. The other incident was front-page-of-the-newspaper-worthy but i can confirm it was not related despite harsh rumours to the contrary.
